2019 USA Luge Challenge

Join the USA Luge Team coaches and athletes for an introduction to one of the fastest growing winter sports at Titus Mountain in Malone, NY! Coaches and athletes will teach the basics of accelerating, steering, and stopping. Once you have the basics down, adults and children 10 years old and above will be able to take practice runs down the track complete with curves and timing equipment.

Two-time Olympian Summer Britcher of Glen Rock, PA was discovered at a USA Luge Challenge in 2006!! Team coaches and athletes will be scouting these events for youngsters that show potential. These young athletes may be invited to screening camps at USA Luge Training Facilities in Lake Placid, NY or Salt Lake City, Utah.

The day will be fun filled for all! Enjoy the entertaining DJ, and prize drawings throughout the day.

This event is free of charge! No registration fee, experience, or lift ticket purchases required! Registration opens at 10 a.m. each day.
